When you sign in to the Compend app using your phone number, we send a one-time 6-digit verification code via SMS. You enter the code in the app to complete sign-in. These are transactional messages required to authenticate your account — they are not marketing messages.
A 6-digit verification code, sent only when you request sign-in. You may also receive occasional account-security notifications (such as a new-device sign-in alert).
Message frequency depends on how often you sign in. Typical users receive 1–4 messages per month.
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Reply STOP to any Compend message to unsubscribe from SMS at any time. You can also switch to email sign-in inside the app. After opting out, reply START to resume SMS sign-in.

By entering your phone number in the Compend app and tapping Send Code, you consent to receive the messages described above. This consent is given specifically for SMS sign-in and is not a part of, nor required by, your acceptance of Compend's Terms of Service.
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data (consent records, opt-out status) are stored securely and are not shared, sold, rented, or otherwise transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with our SMS carrier (Twilio) to the extent necessary to deliver the verification code you requested.
